ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> STORY: Libyan interim government fighters say they arrested 15 men on Monday (October 17) who they believe are foreign mercenaries fighting for former leader Muammar Gaddafi in Sirte.<br/> Gaddafi loyalists have been under siege in the town for weeks.<br/> National Transitional Council (NTC) forces maintained their bombardment of a small area in the center of the town where they believed the remaining Gaddafi fighters were boxed in.<br/> They said the men they detained were in Gaddafi positions in an area of the town known as "Section 2".<br/> Gaddafi's hometown has been one of only two towns in Libya where there is still armed resistance to NTC rule.
