George Clooney added star power to the London Film Festival premiere of his new political thriller, "The Ides of March."<br/> The 50-year-old Hollywood heavyweight acts in and directs in the film. His co-star Ryan Gosling plays an idealistic young press secretary to Clooney's governor, Mike Morris.<br/> Academy Award winner Philip Seymour Hoffman plays Clooney's campaign manager while Evan Rachel Wood takes a turn as an intern on Morris' campaign trail.<br/> No stranger to political affairs, Clooney turned his attention to the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations, which he says he supports.<br/> SOUNDBITE George Clooney, on the Occupy Wall Street movement, saying (English):<br/> "It'll be an interesting time. We sort of have it bubbling up in the ground in the United States right now and it's interesting. I like when that happens.
