ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION<br/> Rescue teams in Turkey, pulled out a nine-year old girl and an 18 year-old man, both trapped for over 30 hours under rubble, after a 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit.<br/> The pair were rescued in the town of Ercis, which was worst hit by Sunday's quake.<br/> 18-year-old Mesut Ozan Yilmaz survived for 32 hours, under the rubble of a tea house where he had been passing time with friends. Nine-year-old Sifa was rescued alive, after spending 34 hours under the rubble.<br/> By late Monday, the death toll had crept up to 279, but hundreds more were still missing, with casualties concentrated in the town of Ercis and the provincial capital, Van.<br/> Officials have yet to confirm fatalities in outlying villages.
