The remnants of a fuel tanker in Parwan, Afghanistan, after it was engulfed in flames following a bomb blast.<br/> At least 10 Afghans were killed and 35 wounded in the explosion.<br/> Provincial authorities said a small bomb punctured a hole in the side of the tanker, which then caught fire.<br/> Nearby vehicles were destroyed by the force of the blast.<br/> One witness described the scene of the explosion.<br/> (SOUNDBITE) (Dari) AFGHAN TAXI DRIVER SHIR MOHAMMAD:<br/> "I was driving my taxi, then suddenly the fuel tanker caught fire, and I saw people burning and running away."<br/> A spokesman for the provincial governor blamed the attack on insurgents.<br/> The Taliban could not be reached for comment.<br/> Simon Hanna, Reuters.
