That's about 95 miles south of Aba prefecture, where eight Tibetans have self-immolated since March.<br /><br />The latest monk's name is Dawa Tsering. His current whereabouts are unknown.<br /><br />According to an email statement, Free Tibet says Tibetans are driven to "make the ultimate sacrifice to draw attention to one of the world's worst and longest-running human rights crises."
