An injured Libyan fighter is stretchered into a U.S. airforce plane at Libya's Tripoli airport.<br/> This man is one of 25 wounded fighters being flown to the U.S. for treatment, at the request of Libya's interim government.<br/> U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton agreed to the request, in collaboration with private U.S. companies, during her visit to Libya last week.<br/> American ambassador to Libya, Gene Cretz, said the U.S. was committed to aiding Libya's people.<br/> (SOUNDBITE)(English) U.S. AMBASSADOR TO LIBYA GENE CRETZ SAYING:<br/> "The American military, which had previously been used to help these people overthrow a dictator, to now help the war wounded to bring them to the United States for the best possible care that they deserve."<br/> The men, who all require advanced surgical treatment, will be flown to Boston's Spaulding Hospital in Massachusetts.<br/> Sunita Rappai, Reuters
