But Ai contends that the photos are not pornography. He says that there is a difference between nudity and pornography.<br /><br />Earlier this week Ai contested the charges of tax evasion and a bill of $2.4 million. The artist is one of the biggest critics of the Chinese regime. Ai was detained for 81 days at a secret detention center earlier this year by police.
