ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION<br/> A fire in downtown Hong Kong killed at least nine people and injured 30 early on Wednesday (November 30) morning.<br/> The blaze spread through Mongkok, ripping through street stalls before engulfing old, multi-storey buildings nearby.<br/> The Guinness World Records lists Mongkok as having the highest population density in the world,<br/> The Fire Services Department battled the blaze for over five hours before bringing it under control around 0900 local time (0100GMT).<br/> Firefighters then searched for residents and bodies at the scene.<br/> Police are investigating the cause of the blaze and say arson has not been ruled out.
