The aftermath of a plane crash in a crowded slum in the Philippines which has left at least 13 dead, including three children.<br/> The light aircraft - a twin engine, four-seater plane crashed in Manila shortly after take-off.<br/> All on board were killed.<br/> Residents say they heard a loud bang and saw the small plane wobbling and descending onto a nearby apartment complex.<br/> This devastated survivor appealing for help says she managed to escape with her four children after the plane crashed inside their home but her husband is sitll missing.<br/> "I don't understand why he was not able to get out in time," she says.<br/> Three people were still unaccounted for while around 50 families have been evacuated from the area.<br/> Authorities were investigating the cause of the crash and working to identify the victims.<br/> Sunita Rappai, Reuters
