Seven years on, a vigil has been held on the Thai island of Phuket to remember the victims of the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami. 'Light up Phuket' is an annual event on Patong Beach where candles are lit to honour those who died. In Thailand, an estimated 5,400 people were killed in the disaster.
