After an official investigation, South Korea has concluded that its Cheonan naval vessel was sunk by a North Korean torpedo. In response, South Korean President Lee Myung-bak has announced that South Korea will stop all trade and most investment in North Korea and will also close its sea lanes to North Korean ships.
