That gagged British newspapers — with the exception of the Scotland Herald, which published his photo — but it didn't stop thousands of Twitter users or Wikipedia from naming him. Giggs is now suing Twitter over the super-injunction. His actions have likely drawn more attention to his affair than it would have received had he not tried to gag the media in the first place.
