Wreckage in the aftermath of two car bombs in the Iraqi capital.<br/> The explosions went off in Baghdad's mainly Shi'ite Sadr City neighbourhood, killing at least 10 people and wounding 50 others.<br/> One shopkeeper asks why innocent people had to die.<br/> (SOUNDBITE) (Arabic) UNIDENTIFIED SHOP OWNER IN THE AREA, SAYING:<br/> "What do they want to achieve from this? What do they want from all these killings? Will this end? What did the people do to be killed? A blind man who sells newspapers here was burnt and a man who sells chickpea soup was killed too. What did those innocent people do? What do they want from the people?"<br/> Two other bombs also went off in Shi'ite parts of Baghdad on Tuesday, bringing the total death toll to 13, with 75 wounded.<br/> Violence has dropped in Iraq since the height of sectarian fighting in 2006-2007.<br/> But insurgents and militias still carry out daily attacks and assassinations in an attempt to undermine the government.<br/> Travis Brecher, Reuters
