International Mideast envoy Tony Blair warned Monday that the change in Egypt's leadership is inevitable. He stopped short of saying whether he believed Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak should step down but said "there's bound to be a process of change," in the country. "People want to get to a position where the Egyptian people are able to express their will in free and fair elections," he said. Any change that occurs must be done with stability and order he said.
