Prior to Sunday's meeting between Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, the Palestinian President declared that he believes that he will succeed in reaching a peace agreement with Israel by the end of the year, despite the obstacles and the situation along the Gaza Egypt border.01/27/08
