This was obvious as soon as I took a closer look at the cooler!<br /><br />The HD 7950 is finally here for folks who don't have QUITE a big enough budget for a "king of the hill" graphics card, but want most of the performance (or even the same performance as a stock 7970 if they are willing to overclock!) of the fully-fledged card!
