DuPont to Invest $10B in Food Security Goals; Green Comm Academy Launched at World Economic Forum - CSR Minute for February 7, 2012.

DuPont has announced food security goals which the company will track along with its sustainability goals. The goals, to be met by 2020, include investing $10 billion in research and development; introducing 4,000 new products focused on producing more food; enhancing nutrition, food, and agricultural sustainability; facilitating two million engagements of young people around the world in educational opportunities; and improving the livelihoods of three million farms and their rural communities through collaboration and investments that strengthen agricultural systems.
