This is my experience with Tiger Direct after receiving a Flip UltraHD camera that was defective. My immediate disappointment with their shipping me a defective item did a 180 when two days later, after writing a review on the product on their site, they emailed me and said to return the unit, even thought their policy on the item was for no returns or refunds.<br />They did take it upon themselves to do a little selective editing of my review, leaving out anything too critical. But with this response, is that a problem? You decide!!
