Courtenay Semel proclaims Lindsay is "Dead" to her!

Outside Premiere night club in Hollywood, Courtenay Semel says that she will help Lindsay Lohan, and the entire world. Later after a few drinks she apparently changes her mind and proclaims Lindsay is "Dead" to her!
