An 11-year-old girl is carried out of the Lahore High Court kicking and screaming.<br/> <br />Born to a Pakistani father and a French mother, Aminah has been living with her father in Pakistan since immediately after her birth.<br/> <br />But the presiding judge declared it was illegal for the father to bring the newborn to Pakistan against her mother's will, and awarded custody of the child to her mother.<br/> <br />Aminah's father is currently in hospital due to a heart ailment.<br/> <br />Local media reported Aminah told the court her father is in hospital because "of that French woman."<br/> <br />The mother is in Lahore, ready to take custody of her daughter.<br/> <br />Nick Rowlands, Reuters.
