Stevie Wonder: "Racism Is a Type of Mental Illness"

Stepping out of Mr. Chow, Stevie Wonder says that racism exists in America too much, and that it's actually a type of mental illness. The musical legend says he won't be appearing on Dancing With the Stars, but he has not ruled out American Idol.
