Heavy rains have caused severe floods across much of central and southern Peru.<br /><br />Tens of thousands of residents have been forced to flee their homes after the freak weather conditions caused rivers to break their banks.<br /><br />At least 15 people have died as a result of the floods.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
