(ROUGH CUT ONLY - NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />Members of a US Senatorial delegation met with Tunisia's prime minister on Thursday, a day before Tunisia hosts a conference on Syria intended to bolster the Syrian opposition.<br/> <br />The delegation, led by Arizona senator and former presidential candidate John McCain, held talks with Tunisian Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali and other members of the Tunisian cabinet in Tunis.<br/> <br />McCain, along with senators Lindsey Graham, John Hoeven, Richard Blumenthal and Jefferson Beauregard III, were on a tour of the Middle East visiting Egypt, Israel and Libya.<br/> <br />McCain has been one of the strongest proponents in Congress for arming opponents of President Bashar al-Assad in Syria, where the government's crackdown on an uprising has killed nearly 6,000 civilians.
