ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION<br/> <br />A cruise ship owned by Costa Cruises is adrift in the Indian Ocean after an engine room fire left it without power.<br/> <br />The company said the fire on board the Costa Allegra had been put out and no passengers or crew were hurt.<br/> <br />The vessel, with 636 passengers and 413 crew on board, has light but no air conditioning or cooking facilities.<br/> <br />Costa Cruises says the passengers have been assembled on deck and would be given bread, water and fruit until emergency provisions arrived.<br/> <br />Tugs and other vessels were due to reach the ship on Tuesday (February 28).<br/> <br />The firm said the ship was stable and there was no risk of it running aground or hitting rocks.<br/> <br />The same company owns the Costa Concordia which ran aground and capsized off the Italian island of Giglio last month killing at least 25 people
