ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: A tired looking Jean Dujardin was hounded by a group of photographers and cameramen as he tried to make his way through Los Angeles International Airport to catch a flight to his home country of France.<br/> <br />The actor, who celebrated his Oscar victory at the Vanity Fair party, appeared less exuberant than a few hours before when he became the first Frenchman to win a best actor Academy Award, beating fellow nominees George Clooney and Brat Pitt to the coveted accolade.<br/> <br />Dujardin, a household name in France, shot to international fame thanks to his role as George Valentine in "The Artist", a black and white silent movie about a Hollywood actor who struggles with Hollywood's transition from silent to talking pictures in the late 1920s.<br/> <br />The actor is expected to arrive in France along with his director, Michel Hazavanicius, and co-star, Berenice Bejo.
