This is the site of a suicide blast in Afghanistan's southern Helmand Province.<br/> <br />A suicide car bomber attacked a convoy of foreign troops in the provincial capital of Lashkar Gah.<br/> <br />UPSOT SOUNDBITE<br/> <br />This senior police detective says the suicide bomber's plan seemed precise because the car exploded just when the convoy was driving past.<br/> <br />At least six people were wounded in the explosion.<br/> <br />It was not immediately clear whether foreign troops suffered casualties in the blast.<br/> <br />Despite the presence of more than 100,000 foreign troops, violence across Afghanistan is at its worst since the Taliban were toppled by U.S.-led coalition forces in late 2001.<br/> <br />Travis Brecher, Reuters
