Brad Pitt and George Clooney headlined a star-studded cast of Hollywood actors in a reading of "8," a play about California's Proposition 8 Saturday night. (March 3, 2012)<br/> <br />The reading was an account of the Federal District court trial in Perry v Schwarzenegger, the case filed by the American Foundation for Equal Rights to overturn proposition 8, California Marriage Protection Act, which states "only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California."<br/> <br />Besides, Clooney and Pitt, the cast for the play included actor John C.
