Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi while addressing an election rally in Agra asked the people to help the Congress to form a Government in Uttar Pradesh. He was speaking at a public rally in Khairagarh as part of his poll campaign in Uttar Pradesh. He held the 22 years non-Congress rule responsible for the lack of development in UP. Rahul Gandhi urged the people to support Congress and elect its candidates for the betterment of the state.
