A signalman is to be prosecuted for unintentionally causing Saturday's head-on collision between two trains that killed 16 people.<br /><br />Accident investigators in Poland say the man may have incorrectly set the track mechanism sending one train into the path of the other.<br /><br />If found guilty he could face up to eight years in jail.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
