A bus carrying a group of Belgian tourists crashed into the wall of a tunnel in the Valais region of Switzerland on Tuesday night, killing at least 28 people.<br/> <br />Police said 22 children were counted among the dead.<br/> <br />The bus was carrying 52 people.<br/> <br />The tourists were returning to Belgium from a Swiss skiing holiday when the accident happened.<br/> <br />Twenty-four children were also injured in the wreck, some of them badly, and were being treated in hospital.<br/> <br />The two drivers of the bus were also killed.<br/> <br />Police said the cause of the accident was not yet known.<br/> <br />Travis Brecher, Reuters
