A series of explosions in Hama, Syria's fourth largest city -- this according to video posted to a social media website which Reuters cannot independently verify.<br/> <br />A recent visit by UN/Arab League envoy Kofi Annan doesn't appear to have even temporarily halted fighting inside Syria.<br/> <br />Anti-Assad sentiment was rampant at this refugee camp in Turkey's Hatay province. Syrians called for President Bashar al-Assad to step down and end his year long crackdown on demonstrations.<br/> <br />Once a staunch ally of Assads, Turkey now condemns his government's violent efforts to squash demonstrations and has hosted members of opposition groups along with thousands of refugees.<br/> <br />According to the latest UN reports, an estimated 8,000 people have been killed in the year long conflict.<br/> <br />Deborah Gembara, Reuters.
