Dillon's Rolling Western review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Dillon's Rolling Western, a downloadable game in the 3DS eShop from Vanpool and Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS. Dillon's Rolling Western was developed often feels a lot like Zelda, only this is not an action/adventure epic. It's actually (and this is where things get weird) an action/tower defense epic, with a lot of other stuff stuffed between. You play as Dillon, a stoic armadillo who fits right in on Nintendo's roster. He bashes through rocks, he wears a cowboy hat and he has a little squirrel as a partner. And in this Rolling Western, he's charged with protecting ten villages from invading rock monsters called Grocks. It sounds good on paper. Unfortunately, this Rolling Western becomes a bit too ambitious for its own good.
