And then instead of working to get the area that you're weakest in, a 2 or 3 on a scale of 1 to 10, focus on improving your strength.<br /><br />The reasoning behind this is if you spend a year and double the weakness from a 3 to a 6, that is still average. And you don't earn big money for being average.
