India is likely to emerge as a major hub for production of quality steel products, said Ratan Jindal, vice-chairman , managing director and CEO of Jindal Stainless Steel Ltd (JSL). He also said JSL will raise $150-200 million through GDRs to finance its stainless steel plant in Orissa. The rest of the funds required will be raised through loans and internal accruals.
