Running for cover. Locals navigated smoke filled buildings as explosions rock the Syrian city of Homs. New video posted to a social media website which Reuters cannot independently verify purports to show mortar attacks on the city.<br/> <br />Government forces have repeatedly targeted Homs, and last month said they had regained control of the one time rebel bastion.
