Ingredients - <br />1 whole wheat pizza bread<br />2 tbsp heavy cream<br />1/2 cup milk<br />1/2 cup green beans cooked<br />1 cup red peppers sliced<br />1/2 cup mozzarella cheese<br />1/2 cup cheddar cheese<br />1/2 cup parmesan cheese<br />2 cloves of garlic crushed<br />Salt and pepper to taste<br /><br />Preparation - <br />Mix milk, cream, salt and cheese.<br />Spread the above mixture on the whole wheat pizza bread.<br />Add the cheese, green beans, red peppers sliced, pepper and pop it in the oven.<br />Serve hot.<br />Enjoy!
