Two women working out of their home created Touching Stories, the only multisensory story kit producers in the US. Used by caregivers, care providers and day programs, these unique tactile story kits involve many senses such as touch, sight, smells and sounds. Gwen Bonilla and Lara Kroha research each part that goes into their kits. They help people with disabilities connect, including those with physical and mental disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injury, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
