A man in his 20s is killed by a great white shark Thursday while body-boarding off the coast of Cape Town in South Africa.<br/> <br />Authorities say a 16 foot long shark bite off the man's leg.<br/> <br />The man was body-boarding with his brother and friends who also rescued him from the water.<br/> <br />It is the second fatal shark in just over two years in the waters around Cape Town.<br/> <br />Numerous sharks are drawn to the area to feed on the large number of seals.<br/> <br />The City of Cape Town has proposed setting up a shark exclusion net to ensure safety along the popular strip of beach.<br/> <br />Deborah Lutterbeck, Reuters.
