Italy has offered to pay around 150,000 euros to each to the families of two Indian fisherman shot dead by Italian soldiers.<br /><br />Italy says the two men, who were on board a cargo ship off the Indian coast, mistook the fishermen for pirates.<br /><br />The two soldiers are currently being held in jail in Kerala.
