There have been four explosions confirmed in the Ukrainian city of Dnipropetrovsk.<br /><br />The country's Emergencies Ministry said at least 15 people have been wounded.<br /><br />Police said an explosive device detonated in a rubbish bin at a tram-stop in the centre of the city wounding up to five people who were in tram.<br /><br />A second device, also in a public bin, exploded 30 minutes later near a cinema.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
