Passers-by help the wounded after an explosion in the Ukrainian city of Dnipropetrovsk.<br/> <br />The Interior Ministry said four bombs planted in rubbish bins exploded at short intervals, wounding almost 30 people.<br/> <br />The first blast occurred at 11:50 a.m. local time here at a tram stop, wounding five.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Ukrainian) BLAST WITNESS, SAYING:<br/> <br />"There was an explosion and you see what happened. Here the tram is damaged too."<br/> <br />The second explosion came 30 minutes later next to a cinema, wounding seven.<br/> <br />The third blast followed shortly afterwards, next to a park, and the fourth explosion took place in the downtown area.<br/> <br />The Ukrainian prosecutor's office says it's treating the blasts as acts of terrorism.<br/> <br />Nick Rowlands, Reuters.
