The government says 2,600 soldiers and police have been killed in the revolt.<br/> <br />More footage out of Douma shows smoke rising from a factory.<br/> <br />UN monitors have been to Douma observing the shaky ceasefire agreed between Syrian government forces and rebels.<br/> <br />Monitors are trickling into Syria and officials say 30 of a planned 300-strong mission should be in place by Monday.<br/> <br />In Damascus Major General Robert Mood who heads the mission in Syria, called for the end to the violence.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) MAJOR GENERAL ROBERT MOOD, CHIEF OF THE U.N.
