U.N. truce observers leave their Damascus hotel Tuesday, to join colleagues in the hotbed Syrian cities of Homs and Hama.<br/> <br />Violence appears to be rising again after a brief lull immediately following the implementation of the truce 19 days ago.<br/> <br />On Monday twin explosions near security service buildings in the city of Idlib killed nine people and injured 100 more.<br/> <br />The violence continued Tuesday in Idlib province when mortar bombs hit a village killing 10 people, 2 of whom were children.<br/> <br />The Syrian government and rebels trade blame for the continued violence. The monitors say they're trying to 'de-escalate' the sitation.<br/> <br />Thirty UN monitors are already in Syria, and the mission is expected to grow to 50 by the end of the week.<br/> <br />Sarah Wali, Reuters
