Colombia's war against the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (Farc), left-wing anti-government rebels, is fought on many fronts, usually in rural areas where civilians are constantly caught in the crossfire. <br /><br />Nearly three million people are internally displaced in Colombia, the second largest humanitarian crisis in the world after Sudan. <br /><br />In the jungle region of Guaviare, the escalation of military operations have caused at least 15,000 people to leave their homes this year. <br /><br />Mariana Sanchez reports.
