Nine people are dead and 20 injured after a fire at a karaoke club in South Korea's southeastern port city of Busan Saturday (May 5) night, Seoul broadcaster YTN reported.<br/> <br />The blaze broke out in one of the 26 rooms at the karaoke lounge on the third floor of a six-story building.<br/> <br />Around 20 fire engines and 100 firefighters were mobilised to battle the fire, Yonhap News added.<br/> <br />Yonhap News Agency quoted police officials on Sunday (May 6) as saying most of the victims died from inhaling toxic gases and smoke, which made it difficult for the people to find the exits.<br/> <br />The cause of the fire is under investigation.
