British Airways has suffered financial losses of about $15m a day since blizzards forced airports across Europe to postpone flights last week, stranding thousands of passengers.<br /><br />London's Heathrow airport, Europe's busiest air hub, remains one of the worst affected in the continent.<br /><br />It is the latest crisis to hit the airline following the Iceland's volcano ash cloud and BA employee strikes in May - inflicting unprecedented losses for the company this year.<br /><br />Stefanie Dekker reports.<br /><br />[December 22, 2010]
