The UN says almost four million Somalis, about half of the country's population, need emergency food aid.<br /><br />However, most aid organisations have pulled out of the country because of threats from al-Shabab fighters.<br /><br />But as Roza Ibragimova reports, there is at least one local charity in Mogadishu, Somalia's capital, which is doing the best it can to save the starving.<br /><br />[December 22, 2010]
