The Taliban has claimed to have carried out the killing of a senior Afghan official - for the second time in a week.<br /><br />Jan Mohammed Khan was a top aide to Hamid Karzai, the Afghan president.<br /><br />He was shot dead along with a member of parliament in Kabul.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Khadija Magardie reports.
