The Malaysian government has passed a law that requires hundreds of restaurants and cafes to provide the WIFI service across Kuala Lumpur.<br /><br />While this is good news for customers who will soon be surfing the internet for free, business owners say the government should be picking up the bill.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Scott Heidler reports.
