Heavy floods sweep through Georgia's capital Tbilisi.<br/> <br />At least four people were killed after heavy rainfall on Sunday brought on the deluge.<br/> <br />All four of the victims lived in a house that was suddenly swept away by a swollen river.<br/> <br />Two of those killed were children.<br/> <br />Emergency workers have evacuated dozens of other people to safety - but hundreds of cars and buses have been left stranded and submerged.<br/> <br />The heavy rains also caused landslides, and transformed small brooks into raging torrents.<br/> <br />Georgia's Emergency Ministry said its staff were on "high alert" after the National Weather Centre forecast more rains across the country.<br/> <br />Travis Brecher, Reuters
